Change the Environment, Not Just the Dog
Most problem behavior has a reason. Dogs need to sniff, dig, chew, watch, explore, and rest. When those needs have no outlet, they show up as barking at the window, digging up the garden, or zooming over the furniture.
I use the L.E.G.S. model (Learning, Environment, Genetics, and Self) and the Total Welfare framework to understand your dog as a whole. Sometimes that means behavior consulting. Sometimes it means changing your space so your dog can be a dog. Often it's both.
The result is a calmer dog, a more peaceful home, and a relationship built on connection, not compliance.

As a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant and Licensed Family Dog Mediator, I look at the whole dog: how they learn, what they were bred for, who they are as individuals, and the spaces they live in.
That last piece is why I created Dogscaping. A well-designed space can prevent problems before they start and make every other kind of support work better.
